Follow our pathways from Beginner – Intermediate – Competition Squad
In this class we have Jnr and Youth Competitive boxers who choose boxing as their sport.
This class is taken by 2018 Commonwealth Games Assistant Coach Shara Romer and Professional Boxing Coach Gareth Williams.
Respect, Discipline and Dedication are the 3 key ingredients needed to progress to a competition level at the boxing shop.
Protective Equipment needed
Mouth Guard, Headguard, 16 oz leather Gloves, Groin Protector (males only), Boots, All the equipment is available from the Boxing Shop.
