Old School Fight Camp is your opportunity to really feel what it’s like to be a Fighter and participate in a competition sparring event to test your skills, stamina and mindset like never before! It’s for those who want to experience and achieve the feeling of training, preparing and stepping up for a competition, in a safe and controlled environment.
Throughout the 4 week duration, you will sweat, sometimes hurt and be expected to meet targets that have been set by both you and your coach, including making weight. Your positive and committed action towards meeting these targets will have you feeling like a champion.
FIGHT CAMP is an EXPERIENCE that you will never forget! Not everyone can join us in this and places for each group are limited to 16 only. If giving Fight Camp a go is what you really want, DON’T HESITATE! This could be the start of a whole new and improved you, if you really want it to be.
All participants must be able to meet these training requirements at the start of the program.
- Must have at least beginner experience
- Must be able to complete 2.5 km run on day 1
- Must be willing to complete 1 other running session per week in your own time
- Develop Boxing Skills and Self Defence
This 4 week program will be run on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning from 5:00 – 6:00am sharp.

- 3 x Training Tee Shirts
- 1 x Evening Weigh In
- 1 x Competition Sparring Event with medals

What to bring: Waterbottle and towel. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in along with sandshoes. 10 oz gloves and handwraps available online at http://www.theboxingshop.bigcartel.com/ or instore. Toilets, showers and change rooms are located in the gym.
