17 yr old Dylan Harrison started exactly how he was asked by starting the match with a fast double jab. The Jab was used constantly to out point his opponent through the 3 rnd fight. Harrison is a tall rangy boxer who has been working on keeping his opponent at length and he followed the plan very well. Dylans opponent did have some good moments though with a well executed “slip, right hand” that was thrown like a seasoned professional.
Malcolm Anderson lost a split decision contest in a tremendous fight by both boys. The fight was see sawing either way and both boys had many good moments in the fight.
