About Butterfly Boxing
At the Boxing Shop, we have responded to the request of many of our Ladies who want to learn how to Box but who enjoy training in an environment that is non-intimidating and friendly. Our Solution is BUTTERFLY BOXING. Our Buttefly Boxers are enjoying the benefit of being trained by Boxing Australia accredited Trainers and Life Coaches who are here to support, motivate and inspire you. Oh..... we also remind you to have FUN doing it.

To us, Butterfly Boxing is about a Warrior Spirit, it is about Strength and Spirited Beauty. Butterfly Boxing Women are HOT! Not because of the way that they look but because of their attitude towards themselves and their life.

Butterfly Boxing is REAL BOXING TRAINING for REAL WOMEN. You will learn how to Box right from the start. At The Boxing Shop, we are Boxing Specialists dedicated to providing quality training to the athletes who are participating in the sport. Now you can learn to master the art of Boxing by going through our 3 Levels of Butterfly Boxing Challenges.

LEVEL I is a 6 Week Challenge that gives you Level I Training and covers all the basics, including hand wrapping, stance, basic punches, movement, shadow boxing, and boxer's circuits. Our challenges are FUN, Supportive and filled with like minded women of all ages and levels.
After completing our Level I Challenge, we invite you to step up to our Level II Challenges. Click here to see the 2007 schedule.

LEVEL II steps up your training program to 2 session per week over a period of 4 weeks. Build on the basics that you have practised in Level I and enjoy a more focused approach to your skill development.

Advancing your skills learn from your level challenge, you also learn new methods of attack and defense that you just won't find anywhere else! From parrying to diagonals, you will increase your confidence, ring craft and fitness. Level II Training is generally run on a Thursday evening and Saturday morning. Whilst this may not suit everyone, your commitment to the program will show you results that you never expected!

LEVEL III is the pinnacle of Butterfly Boxing. Training steps up to 3 sessions per week over a month period. This is intensive and focused on skills, fitness and personal development. You will require discipline and determination to complete this level, but you will be supported and motivated throughout your journey. Our training statistics show that our clients who train with us for the same duration experience a group average of 40% in improvement in fitness. This challenge starts and ends with your fitness assessment so you can see the results for yourself. You also have the opportunuty to participate in a Competition Spar against a pre-matched opponent for 3 x 1 minute rounds. No Scoring. You will also recieve one-on-one Coaching with our Life Coach.

Level III Challenge is for the bold and the determined. We want you to step up and give it your best shot and feel an amazing sense of accomplishment for participating in all 3 Butterfly Boxing Challenges.

Our ultimate goal for Butterfly Boxing is to assist women to become the Best that they can be, both on a physical and personal plane. So no matter what your goal is, our programs are designed to give you the best training, support and coaching available.
