POLICY & PROCEDURE
SAFETY
We hold Safety as our highest priority when we are
Training our Clients. We ask that you at all times be considerate of yourself,
your team mates and your Trainer's safety and comfort. We require you to complete
our medical form to inform us of any pre-existing conditions, pain or injuries
that may affect your ability to train. We are here to ensure that you receive
the best possible training to your condition so please be honest and up front
with us to get the best for you. In case of any accident or injury, we ask
that you sign a form that identifies your injury for insurance purposes and
we will help you to seek appropriate medical assistance. Please note that
our Trainers have First Aid Training but are not medical professionals and
can only give advice as suggestions only.
EQUALITY
& FAIRNESS
Butterfly Boxing is about Women's Boxing Training and is designed to meet
the specific needs for Women. We do not discriminate against any person, regardless
of gender, race, religion or beliefs. The Boxing Shop Team, Trainers and representatives
are all required to abide by our anti-discrimination policy.
CANCELLATIONS
The Boxing Shop have made contingency plans in case
of bad weather and other such causes that may prevent training from occurring
outdoors. If for any reason a session must be cancelled, an alternate time
and date that is most suitable will be rescheduled as appropriate.If you are
unable to attend a session, we ask that you contact your trainer as a courtesy
and so you can be kept informed of any new information that may affect you.
REFUNDS
It
is our policy to collect up front payment for our courses from our Clients.
This ensure accountability to all our participants to maximise their efforts
to complete the program to the best of their ability. We cannot be responsible
for any sessions that your are unable to attend. Refunds can only be given
if payment has been made in full prior to the date of course and request has
been made prior to the start of the program. Only special approved circumstances
will be considered in other cases. Refunds will be less any transaction or
credit card reversal fees.
