Bootcamp

The sessions consist of a range of activities that may be indoor or outdoor (weather and light depending). Session No.1 and 11 are your fitness testing days, which track your progress and give you an overall percentage in improvement. Most people experience an average of 20 – 45% improvement in just 4 short weeks.

Friday is normally Team day. You will be allocated a team and will challenge other teams in fun competition.

Other sessions may consist strongly of boxing drills, bag work activities and core strengthening tasks. The activities are not all boxing specific and will include other facets of strength, coordination and fitness building, such as agility ladder drills and the use of various other equipment.

The emphasis is on fun, increasing fitness and strength – in a team environment. You don’t have to go it alone! We highly encourage all our participants to work to your own maximum effort.

There is a highly enjoyable element in bootcamp that a normal training routine doesn’t provide. In our experience, most people achieve good results – and experience a high level of enjoyment in time based challenges such as Bootcamp.
