Your solution to learning how to Box properly is right here! Our Beginner classes are open to 16yo – Adults and are focused on the master of The Basics. By learning the proper techniques from the Basics, you are building an excellent foundation to work your skills and fitness on. We have a no-contact policy for all our beginners and there is no pressure to become a Fighter at any stage.

Our Beginner classes are enjoyable and suits all fitness levels. It is imperative to learn The Boxing Shops basic to be able to move up to the next level of class to further your skills. You may even wish to have Personal Boxing Training with one of our highly qualified trainers to gain your skills at a more rapid pace.

When: Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Other Available Training Options: Tuesday Mornings 5:30am – 6:30am, Tuesday and Thursday Mornings Circuit 6:30am – 7:30am,Saturday Morning Circuit 8:30am – 9:30am and Lunchbox 11:30am – 12:30pm.

What you need: Water Bottle, Towel, Handwraps, Skipping Rope and 10 oz gloves are available to borrow. All equipment needed is available from “The Boxing Shop” , or ask your coach for professional advice when it comes to choosing your protective equipment. You can find all your Boxing equipment online at http://www.theboxingshop.bigcartel.com/ We reccomend all boxing equipment be purchased.

*Showers,toilets and change rooms are located in the gym.

PLEASE NOTE   If you are wanting to join Membership before starting class, please come in 10 minutes earlier to fill the necessary paper work out. We can also take the time to show you how to wrap your hands.
