Boxing circuits and High Intensity Boxing Fitness classes.
Our circuit classes have been a huge hit since our opening day in February 2007.
The circuits are different all the time and are designed to use our boxing skills and knowledge to get the best out of you in a fun environment.
The circuits will include exercises such as pad work, bag boxing, Kettle bells, hand weights, speed balls, floor to ceiling balls as well as specific strength and conditioning exercises .
When: Tuesday and Thursday’s from 6:30am – 7:30am,Saturday’s 8.30am-9.30am.
Personal Training for specific strength and conditioning or specific boxing training is also available at a time that can be worked out between our Coaches and the Individual.
What you need: Water bottle, Towel, Hand wraps (available at The Boxing Shop for $10)

All equipment needed is available from “The Boxing Shop”, ask your coach for professional advice when it comes to choosing your protective equipment.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
