ABOUT OUR TRAINERS AND OUR TRAINING METHODS
All trainers at The Boxing Shop are Australian
accredited and are current Blue Card holders. They are experienced in delivering Boxing Training of a high calibre and enjoy working with kids. We take a holistic approach to training and we understand that all kids are different and unique. All training at The Boxing Shop is delivered in a supportive and safe environment, we do not tolerate bullies and we encourage and require our young boxers to display discipline and respect at all times.

Under 16’s Boxing Training sessions have been especially designed to achieve a series of outcomes for young people. Not only do our classes teach the mastery of the basics and techniques that will help the young athletes succeed in the competition ring, but they also assist our young people to develop self confidence, respect and social skills.

What you need: Water bottle, Towel, Hand wraps (available at The Boxing Shop for $10)

For sparring and contact work the u/16’s will need Mouthguard, Headguard and Groin guard.

All equipment needed is available from “The Boxing Shop”, ask your coach for professional advice when it comes to choosing your protective equipment.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
