GARETH BAMIN is a former Australian Institute of Sport scholarship holder and has experience in training and competing on an international level. Gareth will sharpen your technique and give you more confidence within boxing. Also a great trainer in strength and conditioning, helping you to come back from any current or former injuries. Work with Gareth to devise a plan to help you train to your maximum level and gain the results wanted here at The Boxing Shop!
