GARETH WILLIAMS- HEAD COACH     

Gareth Williams has been amongst the best of the best in Iternational Boxing. He has  worked and learnt from the worlds best coaches in countries such as Cuba,Philippines and England. He brings back to The Boxing Shop a wealth of knowledge and experience far beyond his age.

Also coming from a successful background of International standard in Gymnastics and Rugby League, Gareth understands that pushing boundaries mentally and physically can gain the results needed to be an athlete of high standards.

Gareth leads a team of highly pro active trainers, within his sucessful gym he gains respect in bringing boxing to new levels for The Boxing Shop.
