HOW DO I BECOME A BOXING SHOP MEMBER?

 Simply ask at the front counter for a Membership Form, read our terms and conditions, make your payment from the three choices above and that’s it. You can start enjoying Member benefits immediately.

CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP TO THE BOXING SHOP

• 1. Membership is an option of either $70 or $45 per year and valid for 12 Months. The transaction is complete on agreement to our terms and conditions, payment has been received and your membership card has been issued.
• 2. No refunds or transferring of Membership is allowed
• 3. It is a condition of Membership that you train at your own risk. All Members agree that no liability will be placed upon The Boxing Shop, its trainers and representatives or the University except in the case of total and unacceptable negligence of the Trainer.
• 4. All Members and Non-Members must take direction from the Trainer in Charge of the gym floor at all times. No exceptions. This includes casual unsupervised sessions and visiting athletes and teams.
• 5. No sparring or unauthorized use of the facility or equipment is allowed without the expressed consent and presence of the Trainer in charge. No exceptions
• 6. All Members and Non Members agree to abide the Gym rules and respect the conditions of entering the Boxing Gym and the University Grounds. This includes Safety, Behavior and Parking. Failure to do so will result in Membership becoming Null and Void.
• 7. All Members and Non Members agree to provide accurate Health, Medical information and details as appropriate.
• 8. One Membership card with a unique Id Number will be issued per Member. In the event of a lost or stolen Membership card, you must provide proof of Identity to have a replacement issued.
• 9. When using the facility, all Members will be required to sign in with their Membership card or Unique ID Number and appropriate identification. It is a condition that all Members agree to provide this if requested by trainers or staff.
• 10. Membership to The Boxing Shop does not entitle you to the use of gym equipment at Fitness 485. Membership to Fitness 485 can be purchased directly at Fitness 485 reception at a reduced rate for TBS Members. Please present your Membership card and appropriate Id to do this.
• 11. Membership does not guarantee access to all classes and sessions scheduled however, it does give you preferred placing.
• 12. Any part of your Membership agreement that has been breached will result in your Membership becoming void immediately and absolutely. No further agreements or disputes will be entered into. Depending on the severity, you may not be able to enter the gym. This is at the total discretion of The Boxing Shop Management.
• 13. All Members must be over the age of 16. For Members under the age of 16 a parent or guardian must sign the Membership application and consent form.
• 14. Membership is subject to these terms and conditions. Management reserves the right to modify or change these conditions of Membership as appropriate.
