Bootcamp
Our 2008/2009 series
of Bootcamps promises to be the most exciting and
successful yet!
OUr statistics show that our participants are experiencing a group average
of
30- 48% improvement on their initial fitness assessments after just 4 weeks
of Bootcamp.
Our Bootcamps recieve excellent feedback and are exciting and challenging.
The sessions
are varied each time and use a combination of team activities, boxing circuits
and conditioning
exercises. The emphasis is on fitness and fun.
Bootcamps are open to everyone and suits all fitness levels.
Go ahead and test yourself! Bootcamps are a great way to kickstart your fitness regime and measure your improvements. All particpants recieve a Free Bootcamp T'Shirt and a Certificate of Completion displaying your intial and final scores at the end of training.
