Our Group Training Sessions
are second to none. Dynamic, Challenging but still fun,
we have established a reputation for being the best Boxing Training in Brisbane,
if not Australia.
This is not an idle boast. We are Boxing Specialists and we Love what we do.
Our Group Training sessions are open to everyone, however, for your best enjoyment,
it is best
if you have some basics under your belt, however this is not essential. Our
Group Training
sessions are focused on Fitness, Conditioning and Skill Development.
You will build
on the mastery of the basics and refine your technique. You will train alongside
Professional
and Amateur Boxers and benefit from the wealth of knowledge and mutual respect
that we foster in our gym.
There is no pressure, ever, to become a competitive fighter.
We want everyone to enjoy the Art of Boxing and experience the health and
confidence that comes from solid skills and fitness. We also welcome visiting
athletes from interstate and national boxing gyms to come and train with us.
