We offer a range of options
for Ladies of all ages and fitness levels to learn how to Box properly in
a non-threatening environment with like minded women. At all times the safety
and enjoyment of our participant is of utmost importance.
Butterfly Boxing is our Ladies Only Challenges that enable women to go through
3 phases of training from Level I to Level III. Click

TRAINING OPTIONS
Level I Butterfly Boxing 6 Week Challenge
(For Beginners) = 6 x 1 hour Training Sessions. Open to all Ladies
of any age or fitness level. See

Level II Butterfly Boxing Challenge
Open to Butterfly Boxers who have completed Level I or our Open Beginners
classes)
(4 Weeks x 2 training sessions per week ) Total of 13 x 1 hour Training Sessions.

Level III Butterfly Boxing FIGHTCAMP
Open to all Ladies who have completed Level II Butterfly Boxing and
who wish to train like a Fighter. This 4 week challenge is more intense (4
Weeks x 3 Training sessions per week). At the end of the challenge, the participant
will be able to test their skills in the ring in a pre-matched competition

Butterfly Bootcamp
Butterfly Bootcamp is open to Ladies of every level who wish to train
in the mornings in an environment that is supportive, fun yet challenging.
This 4 week challenge is highly enjoyable and includes a special performance
tracking folder and sponsored goodies for each and every participant. The
training schedule is 4 Weeks x 3 Training sessions per week, with a Fitness
Test and the start and end of the program. Butterfly Bootcamp is one of our

OPEN
GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Ladies Only Boxing Training- Thursdays 6-7pm
Open Group Training session for Ladies only,
Level II or Level III experience the most suited to these sessions. The emphasis
is on skill development and fitness.
Tuesday & Thursday Mornings - 6.30am - 7.30am Open group training sessions which incorporate fitness, skill development and boxing specific conditioning activities. Thursday is Ladies Only sparring sessions. All ladies are welcome and you do not have to spar to participate in the training session.
