Over the last 3 years we haven’t ran many In house tournaments for our members but they’re back.
Members who haven’t yet had a competitive match are able to step up to the plate and challenge themselves in a Competitive sparring match at The Boxing Shop on Saturday November 16 from 3pm.
This can be for all members who want to have a go ,we have restricted rules matches for beginners and full contact rules for the more experienced.
It would great to see all members bringing their family and friends on the day to support everyone who puts their hand up to compete.
At the event there will be lots to keep everyone occupied,we will have the bar open from 3pm as well as games for,kids and adults as well as cheering along for your mates.
The event is all about team building,encouragement and stepping out of the comfort zone.
