Hooper v Kwadjo

….”I ll be the first person ever to stop Kwadjo”..That’s the call from Damien “Super” Hooper as he breaks from his gruelling training camp in his major step up in class when he steps in the ring at Chandler Theatre on November 8 against Joseph Kwadjo who boasts a record of 16 Ko wins from 28 professional fights including 21 wins.
Joseph Kwadjo is known as a power puncher who comes to fight and his latest win was a KO rnd 2, over Joy Ali who boasts a 31 W 12 L record . Kwadjo also lost a points decision to IBO world champion Blake Caparello.
“I cant wait to fight in Brisbane again,In front of my people..I just love the feeling of all my supporters,friends and family cheering me on…so its time to put on a show and become the first man to ever stop him (Kwadjo) ” said Hooper.
Hooper’s trainer Gareth Williams has promised fireworks on fight night as 3 of his charges all fighting for major titles with Paddy Murphy also fighting Rivan Cessaire for the Australian Welterweight Championship and Cameron Hammond will be defending his WBA title that was won in Moree 3 months ago.
