Why and how did you get involved in boxing?
I got into boxing after a few injuries while I was playing rugby league.I called my coach and said im going to write this season off and stay fit at the local boxing club and ill see you next year. Well that was the end of Rugby League and the start of my boxing journey.

How has boxing helped you?
Boxing has helped me learn more self control and helped me search for better ways to improve myself.

How would you like our clients to see you? 
I’d like my clients to see me as hard working, a guy who tries his best to help people and makes training fun.

Hobbies outside of boxing?
Since opening the boxing shop my hobby became my job. I enjoy watching my kids play sport whether it be swimming, soccer, netball or dancing.

Shara Romer

What you think you become, What you feel you attract, What you imagine you create.

Why and how did you get involved in boxing?
After an injury in Soccer I wanted to stay fit for myself but more importantly because of my diabetes.

How has boxing helped you?
Boxing has been great by giving me a platform to reach the top in coaching by becoming the first female coach to be involved in the 2016 Olympics and 2018 Commonwealth games. Also it helps be be able to facilitate my passion of helping other people achieve their dreams.

How would you like our clients to see you? 
Passionate and someone who is approachable.

Hobbies outside of boxing?
I enjoy learning about natural therapies and how the body works. Im also a Reiki healing master.

Jessica Cashman

Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.

Why and how did you get involved in boxing?
I was doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu and I went and watched a friend for his first boxing match. I was taken back at the show of style and technique and sportsmanship. I then trained in Muay Thai and Boxing for about 9 months and then was offered to have my first fight. I absolutely loved it and that was when I immersed myself in boxing and haven’t looked back.

How has boxing helped you?
On different levels, Boxing has helped me to evolve be stronger in myself, taught me focus and commitment to doing my best. Boxing’s training especially helped me to maintain my weight loss, have a toned, powerful and capable body.

How would you like our clients to see you?
I want our clients to feel my passion for boxing and for helping others get to where they want to be. To see me as a happy, positive force on their side. Someone that likes to have fun but knuckles down to the hard work needed.

Hobbies outside of boxing?
I love to dance, whenever I can wherever I can. I also enjoy writing in different genres and styles, am in the midst of writing a fictional book at the moment. Bush walking, hiking and waterfall hunting are also high on my hobby list.

Why and how did you get involved in boxing?
I got involved with boxing when I was 14. My brother and cousin wanted to do boxing so we started with The Boxing Shop.

How has boxing helped you?
Boxing has helped me a lot by giving me discipline and confidence in everything that I do. Boxing has also helped me to stay on track through out my life and to stay positive throughout bad situations.

How would you like our clients to see you?
I would like the clients to see me as a respectful young man .

Hobbies outside of boxing?
Playing rugby league, playing guitar, eating food and sleeping.

Why and how did you get
involved in boxing?
I wanted to try a different sport other than rugby league. I tried boxing and it was fun, I loved it straight away.

How has boxing helped you?
Boxing has helped me keep fit and it helps me achieve my goals.

How would you like our clients to see you?
I want our clients to know that I am experienced and knowledgeable about boxing…and also a fun person.

I like to play touch football and also spend time with my friends.
