ADULTS

Our adults group sessions are great for all levels of experience. Beginners will learn the Boxing Basics from punching, defending and footwork and experienced members will improve their technique. If you are just looking to get fit, these sessions are highly energetic and provide an amazing work out.

UNDER 17s

Our kids’ classes are not only about teaching Boxing and improving fitness but also teach confidence, discipline, social skills and respect. Our trainers are great mentors always  incorporating ways to motivate the kids to do well in areas outside of the gym such as at school and at home. Sessions are based on age and experience level.

Under 8s

(From 3 Years Old)

Monday     3:45-4:15pm

Beginners
No-Contact Training. Up to 3 sessions per/week

9-12s         Tues & Thurs       3:45-4:30pm

13-17s         Tues & Thurs       4:30-5:30pm

All 9-17s              Sat                 9:15-10am

Intermediate

Light Contact Training. All protective gear is required. Up to 3 sessions per/week

9-12s          Tues & Thurs        4:30-5:30pm

13-17s          Mon & Wed          4:15-5:15pm
